Woody Hill Attorneys at Law PLLC is a veteran owned law firm. Woody joined the Marine Corps in 1995 and went to boot camp at Parris Island, North Carolina. He later was selected to become an officer and currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve. Woody has served two tours in the Middle East and was the 2018 West Virginia State Bar’s Citizen Soldier of the Year. Our firm proudly serves the women and men of the armed forces and we understand the special needs of cases resulting from military service whether its a violation of the Uniformed Code of Military Justice or a divorce due to the stress of service. We work to assist veterans’ unique needs including obtaining upgrades to discharges to qualify for Veterans Administration Benefits.
Woody is a combat veteran, has been a Marine for over twenty years, and is one of the few attorneys in West Virginia that knows the unique challenges of defending a service member accused of wrongdoing.
