Hannah Tothe was born and raised in Logan, West Virginia. She graduated from Logan High in 2013 and attended Concord University. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and also played basketball during her time at Concord. She attended law school at Appalachian School of Law where she graduated from in May of 2021. Prior to law school she was employed as a Children’s Clinical Liaison.
Hannah joined our firm in August 2021 and primarily practices family law and criminal defense.

Community Service / Volunteer Work
Hannah is very involved in her community. She has coached the West Virginia Dream women’s basketball team for the past two seasons. Hannah is involved in a women’s group and volunteers each Christmas to help provide families with much needed supplies and food. Hannah has the heart, passion and background that we believe are instrumental in our firm’s ability to help others.
